We offer flat-rate shipping across Germany for 4.90 EUR, with free shipping on orders over 100 EUR. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.

How can I return an item that doesn't fit?

You can return any unworn item with original tags within 14 days of receipt. Please use our online returns portal to generate a shipping label or visit our Nürnberg storefront for an exchange.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna Pay Later for your convenience.

Are the items in the online shop also available in the Nürnberg store?
